Vibration analysis and resistance calculations

We use SOLIDWORKS Simulation for the mechanical calculation of parts or assemblies.

Examples:

Calculation of the resistance of a press following parasitic forces in the depression of a vent:

Excessive deformation of the beam misaligns the part to be fitted.

Vibration analysis of a biomass plant in Spain:

Rapid deterioration of the reducer located between the turbine and the generator. Frequencies close to those of the operation of the reducer generate a deformation of the frame.

Calculation eigenmodes before and after modifications

Modifications on site after complete study of the plant.

Vibration analysis of lifting pumps:

Vibrations cause acoustic disturbances and rapid deterioration of pumps.

Reconstruction of the plans according to readings, vibration analysis allowing to visualize the constraints in the operating frequencies of the pump
